Here is some information I gathered about tapering off anti-depressants, I took this directly off a website (http://www.theroadback.org/workbook.htm) and compiled it into a pdf document that I can use as a reference :-

Please NOTE !!!   This is not my own program, it served only as a reference for me, I can’t even remember what website I got the information from.    I’ll see if I can provide a link of sorts, not only that, I would like to give the author the proper credit for putting together such a wonderful resource.

The document will refer to products that may be purchased in the USA, I  ignored the products, but used the information as a basis on how to go about tapering off my own meds. You can use the information in here to create your own tapering schedule .. I wish you everything of the best, in your tapering. Again, I urge you .. do not do this by yourself !!!! … Do this under medical supervision only !!! 

Here is another interesting site to go look at, it’s real peoples experiences about coming off the drug “CITALOPRAM”  … the same active ingredient in LEXAMIL ..Thats the same stuff I was on for six months.

 And yes, here are some more links to very useful information … withdrawal … This list is growing and growing, one thing that never ceases to amaze me on this subject, is how many people are being prescribed Anti-depressive meds and are NOT being warned about the withdrawal side effects that is caused by this stuff !!. ..
